
Hiring out our dedicated space for indoor promotions is the perfect way to come on to campus and really interact with the students. This type of face to face promotion is ideal for sampling, sign up services, data collection and informal chats with our members, and other experiential marketing.
We are also able to accommodate market stalls for local traders.
The space is on the lower ground level of the Union building alongside our retail units which include; Endsleigh Insurance, STA travel, Media services, Essentials supermarket, Extra’s off-licence, Union bookshop, Oxfam, Juice Master, C.A.T.S (cards & ticket shop), Hiccup (clothes & giftware), UniVision opticians, and Ozone hairdressers. As you might have guessed – the footfall in this part of the Union is very high!

Indoor promotion = £500 per day (subject to VAT)
Local trader market stall = £75 (subject to VAT)
In addition to our dedicated indoor promotional space it is also possible for companies to come along and utilize the space we have outside of the Union building. The space right outside the Union entrance lends itself perfectly to those companies who really want to put on a promotion that the students will not forget! The space links the main walkway between the Union entrance and the University buildings, and therefore gets very high footfall.
Here, we have both a concrete and grass area for you to choose from, and it is an absolutely fantastic spot especially during the spring, summer and early autumn months.
