Counselling

The student counseling offers individual counselling, a drop in session, group work and workshops.

Self help

In conjunction with Leeds primary care trust the counselling centre also run Focused learning and self-help (FLASH) sessions. These include drop-ins with self-help material and one to one self help sessions to teach practical techniques to positively change thinking and behaviour. Support is given to help people try out these skills in daily life.

Term time; drop in 2.3pm. Appointments 3-5pm. Student Councelling Centre, 19 Clarendon Place. Call 0113 3057641 for an appointment.
