One in four people suffer from mental health issues at some point throughout the year. As is the case with your physical health, your mental health can sometimes change according to your circumstances, and you cannot always control it.
There is a lot of information and support both locally and nationally for people with mental health difficulties or worries.

If you wish to speak to a health care professional about your mental health you can contact the University counselling centre who offer group and one to one counselling sessions and have appointment slots and drop-in sessions.
