Exam Stress Survival Guide

Here to help you through the exam period.

Exams can be a difficult time, but don’t let them get the better of you. Leeds University Union has teamed up with the NHS to produce an ‘Exam Stress Survival Guide’ that contains lots of tips and advice on how to get through the stress of the exam period and details of who you can contact if you’re finding it all too much. Look out for a copy of the ‘Exam Stress Survival Guide’ available from the Union building, the university libraries and your university departments.
You can also check out the Student Advice Centre’s web page at www.luuonline.com/help/healthandwellbeing/examstress for some useful quick tips!

"The information in the guide is great because it has some simple but effective tips and advice that can really help. I know exams can be really stressful, and you probably can’t wait for them to be over so you can get on with enjoying the summer, but just keep at it and before long you’ll be free and out in the sun! Although there is always going to be some stress, I hope that this handy little guide eases some of it and helps you through. Also, don’t forget, there are always people available at LUU or at the University if it’s getting too much and you need someone to talk to."
