At Student Activities, we want to provide all activity groups with the best possible service that we can. For this reason, we have applied to receive Investing In Volunteers status. This scheme, run by Volunteering England, accredits how organisations support their volunteers and gives you a framework for best practice. |

What this means in English is that we're trying to improve our systems so that your Development Co-ordinator and the other staff in the ARC can best support you when you take up a committee position within one of our groups. Over the next few months you'll start to see some of the benefits of this accreditation as we adapt some of the things we do to provide the best possible service. |
