The Information point or reception foyer should be booked via the ARC reception. When booking a stall you need to have completed a 'Stall booking form' which you can download here and hand in to the ARC reception.
Please follow the advice in this document to reduce the amount of conflict between yourselves, other users of this area and the Union.
When setting up your stall there will be a table, a display board and two chairs available for you. If these are not already in place please speak to building services via reception - the tables should be laid out as indicated in the diagram below:

You should only use the display board and table to advertise.
Please do not attach anything to the walls, existing display boards or shutters.
Please ensure that you do not block or reduce the access as this thoroughfare forms part of our fire escape routes, neither should you attach anything to, nor place anything under the shutters as these also form part of our fire safety systems.
The room is also used by clubs and societies from 5.00pm daily, so please ensure that you have cleared everything away by this time.
