We can offer you information, advice and representation on all aspects of University Procedures, including appeals, cheating and resits.
Money Issues
Information and advice on a range of support relating to student finances including loans,fees and funding. We also offer advice on budgeting and managing debt.
Housing Issues
We provide an independent housing advice service, offering advice and representation in all aspects of housing both in University Accommodation and in the private sector.
International Student Support
Information aimed at international students. We are no longer able to offer immigration advice, but can refer or signpost you to the most appropriate agency for this.
Employment Issues
If you are looking for employment, please visit Joblink in the basement of LUU. We can offer information and advice on contracts and pay, national insurance and tax and your employment rights.
Health and Well-being Issues
This section will provide you with a range of information and advice concerning your health and well-being.
The Nightbus service is now running as normal!

Limited access to the Student Advice Centre
Thursday 14th May
Please note that, due to building work, there will be no lift access to the Student Advice Centre between Monday 1st June and Friday 28th August.
Appeals Surgeries
Thursday 14th May
The Student Advice Centre will be holding appeals surgeries throughout June and July. If you have problems which affect your exams or degree classification they can advise you on whether you could make an appeal. Call 0113 380 1290 or pop in to the Student Advice Centre for more information or to book an appointment.
