Making Union decisions!
In this section, you will find all the information you need about Union Council: what they do and how to get in touch with them. You will also be able to find out the dates of when Union Council meetings take place and download the agenda and minutes so you can keep up-to-date on current union policy.
Union Council consists of 32 elected student representatives, including the Student Executive Committee, General Student Reps and Assembly Chairs. They are responsible for dealing with the Union's representational and campaigning activity. They debate and agree union policy and review the activity of the Student Executive Committee.
Any member of the Union can attend a Council meeting and ask questions or make proposals. However the only people at the meeting who can vote are the elected delegates listed below:
