The Welcome Tent, on the grass area, outside the Union Building, will be open all day from 9.00am throughout the whole Intro period hosting various events, providing help and information, and handing out goodie bags.

Fresh Jive: Back To The 80s Tracksuit Party
Featuring a Spain v UK breakdance comp With DJ Renegade on the decks (Ex Scratch Perverts), plus the British National Skipping team and your chance to show your skipping skills in a competition. And that’s not all: Direct from the Bronx, Charlie Chase (tbc) (Wildstyle/Cold Crush brothers) will be appearing; a man placed alongside Grandmaster Flash and Kool Herc as one of the true pioneers of hiphop. Plus residents T-breaks / Bboy 10 Tonn / Ictus (2nd To None) / Mr Echo.
