I stood for election because:

I feel that we need a transparent, accessible and fighting student union which has campaigning at its heart.

While in office I intend to:

• Effectively represent the views of my constituency by proposing progressive and democratic changes in the way LUU is run.


• Make it easier for students wishing to run campaigns to work towards Union Council and LUU as organisations taking on these campaigns too.


• Keep my election promises by voting against war and student fees and by voting in favour of environmental conservation and the rights of the Palestinian people.
