The Orthodox Christian Society is open to all who have an interest in Orthodoxy and the culture of Orthodox Countries (present members include those from Russia, Greece, Romania, Lebanon, Germany and Great Britain).
There are various social events during the year including day outings and weekends away. The services of the Orthodox Christian Society take place every second Sunday of the month in Emmanuel Church, alongside the main entrance to the University of Leeds Campus opposite the Parkinson Building at 10.30am untill approximately 13:00pm.
Useful discussions take place while serving tea/coffee and refreshments at the hall adjacent to the church afterwards.
