During term time we have weekly showings of Anime series on Thursdays between 6.30pm and 9.00pm in Rodger Stevens Lecture Theatre 19.

It's a bring and vote system where we watch five series a week. So we watch whatever you guys want to watch! Some of last year's favourites were Genshiken, Ouran High School Host Club and Death Note.

We have a pre-social where we meet from 5.30pm before the showing on a Thursday in the Old Bar for a drink, catch up and some food! It's generally best to turn up to this if you're confused to where the showing's going to be or you're not sure about how to get there!

Also watch out for Sunday Gaming Days/ Marathon Showings/ Film Showings in the Lounge (behind Essentials in the Union) running from 12.00noon to 10.00pm.

We also have plenty of other events and socials planned for the year including joint events with other societies like the Xmas Cosplay party, Manga Art workshops, the Weekend Away, Quizzes, Convention Trips, Otley Runs, Days out, Picnics, etc.

Membership is only £4 for the year and you get 10% off at Travelling Man, Forbidden planet, City Cyber as well as free admittance to our showings and regular events, and access to our ever-expanding anime/manga/live action/gaming and music libraries.
