The University Badminton Club is a very social club. We have players from all standards and are more then happy to accommodate those completely new to the game or the elite.
Club sessions are held on a Sunday 11.30am to 2.30pm and Wednesday 12.00 noon to 2.00pm in Sports Hall 2. We try to make these as interesting as possible with regular coaching, handicapped tournaments and more general club sessions.
Outside of these club times we also have several teams for those who take their badminton more competitively, these matches are on a Wednesday and Thursday each week.
Also every Wednesday evening is our social, we try to vary these as much as possible but some examples of socials from last year are ice skating, bowling, laser quest or just an informal session at the pub.
