Environment society is a great departmental society aimed at increasing cross-course and inter-year socialising for those studying all aspects of the environment including: management, business, science, transport, and sustainability!
We have many socials through out the year, to cater for everyone's taste. These include: clubbing nights out, Otley runs, disco bowling and pubbing.
We also go on weekend trips away, this semester is to the Centre for Alternative Technology (CAT) in Wales, and we get involved in conservation projects and film nights with the Sustainable Action Group (SAG).
Any suggestions then let us know, we're open to all ideas as the society is for YOU!
