The Fire Society is primarily run for fire degree students but welcomes anyone who would like to come along. We organise regular social events and will be doing charity work in the future.
The main purpose of the society is to provide a point of communication between students and SPEME (School of Process, Environmental and Materials Engineering), provide a forum where students can get help or advice with work and to organise transport to the Fire Service College, a compulsory part of all fire degrees.
