Medsoc is a 150-year-old faculty society run by, and consisting of, Medical Students. Of the 1100 medical students at Leeds, approximately 98% are members making us one of the biggest union based societies.
A peer-elected committee of students run the society and meet every week to discuss and organise events to be held. Our aim is to organise social events that fit around the timetables of students who like to work hard and play hard!
Medsoc is a very active society that holds several large events each term, ranging from summer barbeques to cocktail parties and the annual Spring Ball.
