Lishi Tai Chi


The style of Thai Chi we practice is incorporated into the Lishi system. Lishi is an ancient Daoist art that originated thousand of years ago in China. This holistic system incorporates breathwork, Qi Gung, the mindful movements of Tai Chi and the dynamic art of Feng Shou. It promotes healthy living and is ideal for men or women, young or old, athletic or new to exercise, expert or complete beginner.

Lishi develops your self confidence, physical fitness, balance, dexterity, flexibility, awareness and focus, and relieves stress. Classes, which are are non-competitive and non-combative, are run with the focus on fun and a feeling of exhilaration.
